You will be checking your map a lot, to see where you've been and where to go. If you want to loot and see everything, the sewers can be confusing. Just walk up and you will see a glowing whole in the ground. This is in the Harbor City region - Bus stop: Sewer Access.

You will get 2-3 rarity 5 weapons at the end plus you can get the achievement for shooting the portrait in the backroom as well. Definately stay in command mode for the 20th floor! There are a lot of zombies on that floor. Pretty straight forward dungeon, with a lot of doors to kick in. You will see the entrance on the left side of the stop. This is the first dungeon you go to, it's in the Harbor City region - Bus stop: Jupiter Enterprises. Loot crate droppings and loot found can differ from game to game as these are all random drops, please keep that in mind when reading through below notes. I would suggest to stay in Command Mode, as these floors can be overwhelming at times.

Playing through the campaign, you will go through the first couple of floors on 4 dungeons, 'Medlab' will be the only dungeon that isn't required to go through to progress the story. Note that you have to visit all 100 floors to unlock the achievement. There are a total of 5 dungeons in the game, each dungeon consist of 20 floors.
